Chris has 3 decades of experience at the intersection of litigation and consumer insights. Chris was at JD Power and Associates for 12 years where, as a Partner and Vice President, he designed opinion feedback systems for some of the world’s largest companies and founded the firm's Internet and Retailing practice areas.

Chris practices consumer law in California and has been an adjunct professor at Pepperdine University. He has appeared on television shows such as CNN and CNBC and in publications such as the Wall Street Journal and USA Today. He is the co-author of Satisfaction: How Every Great Company Listens to the Voice of the Customer.
